The results of the measures described in the preceding paragraph shall be approved by the Member States of this Agreement in accordance with the specific legislation of each State. Financial transactions in trade between Member States shall be regulated in one of the free currencies in accordance with the laws, regulations and regulations of the Member States and without breach of effective agreements or arrangements between Member States.
